Harri is a New York City based SaaS platform for sourcing, hiring and managing talent in the hospitality industry.  Despite building a robust product, a vast network of job seekers and an impressive roster of clients, Harri lacked general overall awareness both inside of and outside of the world of hospitality.  To remedy this, Harri turned to Carve to execute a on-going outreach campaign focused on hospitality HR and IT decision makers, job seekers, investors and partners. 

To achieve Harri’s goal, Carve initially focused on a thought leadership and expert sourcing campaign designed to put Harri’s CEO, Luke Fryer, on the radar screens of key industry reporters.  In parallel, Carve began a thought leadership campaign that placed byline articles, authored by Luke and focused on issues and solutions to finding, hiring and managing talent. Carve also executed a successful launch of Harri’s new Total Talent Solution platform and announced key partnerships with ADP, Facebook, Toast and others. 

As a result of Carve’s efforts, Harri is now regularly featured and mentioned in Hospitality Technology, Hospitality Trends, Modern Restaurant Management, Total Food Service, HR Dive and more. In March 2017, Harri was named as a finalist for HRO Today’s Innovation In HR Transformation Award.
